Montrose County School District has decided upon Hewlett Packard laser printers as our standard. While inkjet printers are less expensive on the front end, they tend to cost much more over the life of the printer for supplies, maintenance and shorter lifecycles. We currently don’t recommend using all-in-one machines due to compatibility and maintenance problems in the past.

Mimio set-ups are through Countertrade – The Mimio Interactive Set-up is what most are leaning towards.
Attached is the full Mimio pricelist. You would want to go with either the Mimio Interactive part # 600-045 starting at $549, or the Mimio Interactive plus Capture which comes with the dry erase markers that you can capture digitally starting at $699 p/n# 600-0050. You can add the wireless module to either of these which is part# 610-0021 which starts at $199 for qty 1-9.
